Si la ceniza es de color gris claro y su textura como polvo de talco, la estufa realiza una buena combustión gracias a que los 4 elementos clave son correctos: utilizas pellet de calidad; la instalación de la estufa está bien realizada; llevas a cabo un buen mantenimiento y el equipo está bien regulado.
Cuando alguno de los elementos falla, encontrarás cenizas más oscuras y con “piedritas” negras debidas a la cristalización de cenizas por combustiones incompletas.
