The plant incorporates a 3 MW Mollier thermal oil boiler designed to valorize by-products from the industrial process itself and external biomass, which will allow a reduction of around 2,000 tons of CO₂ per year and reinforce the company's energy independence.

The inauguration was attended by Leticia García, Minister of Industry, Trade and Employment of the Regional Government of Castile and León, and Mariano Muñoz, Director General of Industry, who highlighted the pioneering nature of the project and its contribution to the energy transition and the circular economy in the community.
With this launch, Bioenergy Ibérica Tacon Decor adds a new renewable energy industrial project in Castilla y León and is making progress in using its own resources for its thermal supply.
