With Bioenergy Talent, AVEBIOM It is bringing young people closer to the working reality of the biomass and bioenergy sector in Castilla y León through real testimonies from professionals and companies.
The initiative gives visibility to an industry that needs diverse and qualified profiles, and that offers development opportunities in activities linked to biomass plants, heat networks, solid biofuel production, industrial maintenance, digitalization, certification and technological innovation.
The aim is to show that bioenergy provides quality employment and a professional future linked to the territory.
To broaden their reach, the videos have been disseminated through social networks, digital channels and other actions aimed at connecting with students, young people and job seekers, in order to bring them closer to the real opportunities offered by the sector.
The videos feature professionals from AVEBIOM, CIDAUT, ENSO, Naturpellet, REBI, Redytel, SOMACYL, Veolia e Children of Tomás Martín, whose experiences help to show the diversity of profiles that bioenergy demands today in Castilla y León.
Action financed to 80% through a direct grant from the Junta de Castilla y León, through the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Directorate General of Economic Policy and Competitiveness, to AVEBIOM for the project “Singular boost to talent in bioenergy in Castilla y León: needs, vocations and new generations for the biomass sector – Bioenergy Talent”.
