ENplus® has published a new brochure in Spanish that clearly and visually summarizes the steps a company must follow to obtain certification. The material is designed to help producers and distributors better understand the procedure, the required documentation, and the obligations associated with the system.
The process begins with the selection and contracting of a certification body included in the official ENplus® list. From there, the company must complete the application form, provide the required documentation, and accept the invitation to the certification platform. The next step is the audit initial, This includes a review of all facilities and the collection of pellet samples to verify their compliance with the scheme's technical requirements. In addition to product control, the audit assesses aspects such as internal control methods, complaints management, proper use of the ENplus® mark, and validation of declared production data.
Once the audit is completed, the independent certification body issues a conformity report and sends it to AVEBIOM. The report must be completed within a maximum of three months from the date of the audit. If the company meets the requirements, AVEBIOM will process the application. license invoice based on planned production or distribution And, after payment, it sends the toolkit for using the brand. In cases where the company owns the design of the bag, AVEBIOM must also approve its compliance with the system's standards.
The person designated as responsible for quality in the company must attend the specific training during the first year of certification and subsequently once in each certification period, which lasts for three years.
After completing the process, the company signs the ENplus® contract, receives the certificate from the relevant body, and is listed as certified in the official website of the scheme.
