The Ministry of Sustainability, Environment and Blue Economy approved a resolution to this effect in December 2023. The Minister, Ram\u00f3n Fern\u00e1ndez-Pacheco, highlighted that this measure seeks to boost the circular economy by promoting new production models based on by-products, which will encourage investment, economic development and job creation.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The agreement contributes to consolidating the circular economy in the region by reducing the disposal of between 40,000 and 55,000 tons of ash annually in landfills, promoting the reuse of waste in other production processes. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Andalusian Regional Government will invest almost one billion euros in 2024 to promote sustainability and address climate change with a focus on the circular economy. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Andalusia has its Circular Economy Law which, together with the Climate Action Plan, which includes more than 100 measures and seeks to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 411,300 tons by 2030, aims to contribute to combating climate change.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Magnon Green Energy<\/a> It owns five biomass plants in Andalusia with a total installed capacity of 180 MW; three in Huelva, and two others in Ja\u00e9n and Lucena. Together they generate 1,089 GWh of energy per year.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
