Se recuerda que es obligatorio la presentación de las Declaraciones EUTR a los agentes que comercializan madera y productos de madera. La norma es de aplicación a toda la U.E.

Todas las empresas que pongan madera en el mercado ESTÁN OBLIGADAS A DECLARAR las cantidades y registrar su trazabilidad, es decir, la legalidad debe quedar acreditada fehacientemente respecto de la procedencia y cuantía en cada eslabón de la cadena del mercado.

Para garantizar el cumplimiento se están realizando inspecciones que se van a intensificar en los próximos meses (incluyendo sanciones).

Hemos tenido conocimiento que la Junta de Castilla y León, a través de la Consejería de Medio Ambiente, publicará próximamente en su web documentación para facilitar esta labor.
