En régimen de concurrencia no competitiva
Objeto
La financiación de actuaciones u obras de mejora de la eficiencia energética en las viviendas, ya sean unifamiliares o pertenecientes a edificios plurifamiliares.
Requisitos
Las viviendas objeto de las actuaciones para las que se solicite financiación han de constituir el domicilio habitual y permanente de las personas propietarias, usufructuarias o arrendatarias.
Serán subvencionables las actuaciones que se realicen en viviendas y en las que se consiga:
Una reducción de la demanda energética anual global de calefacción y refrigeración de al menos el 7%
Una reducción del consumo de energía primaria no renovable de al menos un 30%.
Importe de las subvenciones
Coste mínimo de la actuación o superior a 1.000 €.
40% del coste de la actuación, con un límite de 3.000 €.
Plazo de presentación de solicitudes:
Finaliza el día 5 de abril de 2024
