Las actuaciones subvencionables deberán dedicarse a la mejora de la eficiencia energética de la envolvente térmica, el uso de energías renovables en las instalaciones térmicas de calefacción, refrigeración, climatización y agua caliente sanitaria, y la mejora de las instalaciones de iluminación.

Las actuaciones tendrán que conseguir y justificar una reducción del consumo de energía primaria no renovable del 30% con respecto a la situación de partida.
