La primera jornada BIOBUILD se celebró el 23 de octubre de 2013 y fue una cita ineludible para Empresas de Servicios Energéticos (ESEs) y grandes consumidores de energía. Se ofrecieron las claves para integrar la biomasa en el mercado de edificación sostenible, certificación y rehabilitación energética, y las alternativas actuales para la financiación de proyectos de bioenergía en España.

En la jornada se explicaron en profundidad los aspectos del nuevo Plan de Vivienda que afectan a los proyectos que incluyen instalaciones de biomasa como medida de rehabilitación y eficiencia energética en bloques de viviendas. Especial atención se prestó a ventajas y escollos que supone para usuarios y profesionales aplicar la fórmula de ahorros garantizados mediante ESEs.
