The system developed by Schneider Electric uses predictive models and real-time control algorithms to optimize the operating variables of the biomass-based electricity generation process. Its application allows for anticipating deviations, reducing manual intervention, and maintaining the installation within optimal efficiency ranges.

Guillermo Negro, The CEO of Magnon Green Energy emphasizes that the incorporation of advanced control technologies contributes to making more efficient use of forest and agricultural resources employed as biofuel, promoting decarbonization and economic development in rural areas.

For their part, Javier Figueras, The Vice President of Industrial Automation at Schneider Electric Iberia emphasizes that this type of solution facilitates the integration of bioenergy into a more automated and sustainable energy system.

Magnon Green Energy currently operates eight biomass plants in Andalusia, Castilla-La Mancha and Extremadura, with a total installed electrical capacity of 266 MW.
